Privacy notice
This page explains what happens to your information when you use this booking page. In short: this site has no forms, sets no cookies of its own, and only collects what you choose to give when you book.

Booking a call (Calendly)
When you choose a booking button, a calendar from Calendly opens. Calendly only loads once you show you want to book. The details you enter there (such as your name, email and notes about your project) are collected by Calendly and shared with konteks so the call can happen. They are used only to arrange and run your session and to follow up about it.
Community + Course (Skool)
The community link takes you to Skool, which has its own terms and privacy policy.
Example sketchbooks
The example sketchbooks show screenshots from real sessions. They are cropped and edited so students cannot be identified, and they are shown with permission.
Questions you send
If you use the "Ask Dan a question" form, your email and question are delivered to konteks by FormSubmit as an email, and used only to reply to you.
Visitor statistics
If statistics are switched on, the site uses PostHog (EU servers) in a cookieless mode to count page views and which buttons are used. No cookies or local storage are used, nothing is stored on your device, and you are not identified across visits. Session recording is off.
Hosting and security
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. These logs are not used to identify you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law or the EU/UK GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data konteks holds about you, or object to how it is used. Email info@studwalldan.com and you will get a reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Sharing and retention
konteks does not sell your data. Booking details are kept only as long as needed for your sessions and related records, then deleted.
